This pasta
is real Italian. The family-owned company makes different kinds of gluten-free
pasta and I tried the buckwheat pasta. This was the first time I had a pasta
which didn’t entirely exist out of corn flour. The big advance of this pasta,
if you compare it to the Sam Mills pasta, is that it has a lot of fibers in it.
The buckwheat pasta has way more fibers compared to the corn pasta’s. The pasta
tastes like real whole-wheat pasta. If you were crazy about whole-wheat pasta
and looking for a gluten-free variant: this is your pasta! It is easy to
prepare and has a nice structure. I know that my gluten-free diet causes a
lack of fibers, therefore this pasta is a healthy solution for me!
